BIURIS, LLB University of the North West Certificate in Corporate Law - UNISA.Tebogo was admitted as an Attorney in May 2005 and has represented major companies such as MTN in the recovery of debtor portfolios as well as the drafting of commercial contracts.

He has extensive experience in Magistrate's Court and is an expert in amongst others, civil and criminal litigation in the High Court and Magistrates and Regional Courts, dispute resolution, insolvencies and liquidations, collections in the credit industry in South Africa. He is responsible for the strategic direction of the company, marketing and growth opportunities as well as client liaison.

Tebogo serves on the board of Rula Bulk Materials Handling (Pty) Ltd.. He has been a magistrate for over 5 years and specialized in the Civil Law and presided in all types of matters. As a magistrate he presided over thousands of civil matters.
His knowledge in this regard is invaluable to T.J. Maodi Inc. He is an expert in the field on the law of contract. He is also an expert in Debt Collections and the National Credit Act.

He was actively involved with the Gauteng Civil Magistrates Forum and played a particular role in the development of systems in civil courts forthe lower courts.
Tebogo has right of appearance in both the Higher and Lower Courts. Tebogo also has extensive experience in personal injury law, with specific focus on Road Accident Claims. He has defended a lot of matters for the Road Accident Fund, Personally appearing at the High Court and also providing opinion there.
